I specialise in sickness absence management and case management. If you have employees on short or long term sickness absence I can help promote a timely return to work with a suitable return to work plan for them so that sickness absence levels are well controlled. I can also help deal with any capability cases or ill health retirement cases so that the correct decision and appropriate actions are taken in line with protecting the business and the health of the employee.

I also provide health and wellbeing services to individuals to help with their physical or mental health needs. There is no need to be referred by an employer for this service. Individuals can contact me directly to arrange an appointment or enquire as to how I can help them.
